Pick a point to open Street View beside the map. Moving between panoramas updates the map marker; the arrow shows viewing direction. Historical imagery, not live video. The selected location is sent to Google.
Opens the existing Walkability tool with A/B prefilled. Review its settings and press Calculate there; this does not score the Google route.
Routes are requested only on Calculate, for points near Coral Gables. Estimates can change; this is not an AutonomIA simulation. Google may choose nearby routable streets. Walking/cycling routes may lack sidewalks or paths; use caution.

Permit records
Verified locations only
Numbered orange circles are groups, not heatmap spots. Click a group to list its permits. Zooming close switches to individual icons; icons at the same coordinates spread apart visually.
Use Map display above to switch between type icons, numbered orange groups and a heatmap of verified permit locations.
Symbols represent permit families, not photographs or precise construction footprints.
Counts follow the filters and include records without map positions. A permit record is not necessarily an issued permit or a distinct project. Dates reflect the published application window.
Live Weather
Public weather · temporary sourcesTemporary source: NOAA / KMIA (Miami International Airport). Temperature, humidity and wind are airport observations, not PSB measurements. WeatherLink station feeds are disabled pending verification.
Air quality Google Maps
Awaiting air quality
Coral Gables reference point (25.7217, -80.2683). Regional air quality information, not a reading from a city sensor or every street.
Pollutant concentrations
Google supplies hourly conditions. Azure shares each response for up to 15 minutes; this widget checks Azure every five minutes while visible. Missing or expired readings are withheld.
Cloud effects start off. Use the Clouds switch inside the weather widget to show or hide them without changing the readings.
NOAA / KMIA observations / Open-Meteo estimates
Rain and clouds use Open-Meteo estimates for Coral Gables. Airport weather can differ from the city; estimated rain does not confirm rain at your location. Missing values are not zero.
Illustrative effects, not a flood simulation. Azure checks sources every five minutes; the browser checks Azure every minute. NOAA observations older than 90 minutes hide temperature and wind. Model data older than 60 minutes stop rain and clouds independently. Effects pause outside the city view, during flood simulation or Night Experience.

Closing these controls leaves the atmosphere on. Use the on-map stop button to turn it off. Reduced-motion preferences are respected. No sound or flashing effects.

About the map
Each icon represents the reported issue, not a photograph of the actual case. Grouped icons become individual symbols as you zoom in.
Use Map display above to switch between issue icons, numbered green groups and a heatmap of reported-case concentration.
For a heatmap snapshot, choose Cesium 3D in Create Map. ArcGIS 2D prints the filtered case locations.

Age does not establish an overdue SLA. Multiple cases at one location do not establish duplicates. Closed cases and resolution times are not included in this feed.

A step is structure ↔ conduit, not a pipe segment. Virtual junctions are gray. 3D floats above the surface; Engineering stays on the map. Neither displays invert elevation.
Labels: selected asset plus up to six direct geometric neighbors. Diamond: well / auger / virtual junction; hexagon: pump.
Candidate connections
Suggestions only. Inspecting another asset does not confirm a connection.

Geometric connectivity only. No verified flow direction, drainage capacity or flood timing. Candidates never connect a trace.

Select a component to lift its network.
A marker rises, dissolves and reveals the network. Its height stays locked until you change the lift or explicitly refresh the surface.
Display offset only. Source elevations stay unchanged. Up to 80 thin guides are visual anchors, not network connections.
Closing this panel restores your previous basemap, mesh visibility and camera.
Pipe & port review
Proposals only. Raw values have unverified units and datum. Accepting a port records your review; it does not confirm flow, alter the graph or update ArcGIS.
Pilot candidates — not selected or verified
Up to 12 components with 1–100 conduits and a mapped outfall. Ranked by source conflicts, unresolved ends, proposal coverage and missing data. A mapped outfall does not prove a downstream route.
