Hello, my name is AIDA. I am an Artificial Intelligence Digital Assistant bot designed to help you navigate the City of Coral Gables’ Smart City Hub public platform (www.coralgables.com/smartcity) and find useful e-government tools and information -- such as digital city services, mobile apps, citizen engagement tools, open data, interactive maps, traffic and environmental sensor dashboards, transparency portals, and other useful resources. I am still a machine learning prototype and this is a Beta-test page to help me learn and improve, with the help from users like you.

I was developed as part of the NSF-funded STIR Labs initiative, by a government-academia joint research team integrated by the City of Coral Gables Information Technology Department (CGIT), researchers from University of West Virginia Human-Computer Interaction Lab (WVU-HCI) led by world-renowned AI and HCI expert Dr. Saiph Savage (MIT, WVU, NWU), the UC Berkeley Innovation Group (BIG), and the City Innovate STIR Labs cohort.
